Get your game on.
The sport of kings has come to Arenthyor. If you can afford a horse and a lance, you can try your hand at one of Arenthyor's more...unique...attractions. Challenge other players or try your skill against a server-generated opponent. Your progress will be tracked and all the glory and honor of success (or failure) will be yours.
Feel the thunder of the hooves as you charge down the lists towards your opponent. Feel the satisfaction as you shatter your lance upon the shield of your opponent and watch in approval as you unseat him to fall ungainly upon the ground.
Riders, Ready!! Joust!!

Jousting Rules
Jousting is a difficult skill to learn and master. During your competition, your skill across a number of factors will be weighed against competing skills of your competitor. And, as with most tests of skill, luck plays a small part. For, even a novice has some chance to unseat even the most skilled competitor given the right conditions.
Jousting skill is determined by a combination of weighting of the following character attributes:
Strength - measures your ability to wear the armor, accurately weild the lance, and maintain the shield in the proper position
Dexterity - measures your ability to deflect blows, respond to the tremendous shock of landing a blow, and remain in the saddle through it all
Ride Skill - measures your ability to maintain control of your mount's speed and direction through the joust
Level - measures your overall life experience to determine your ability to react and read changing circumstances
Total Number of jousts competed - measures your experience in jousting to read your competitor and compete against different styles of competition
Number of jousts won/lost - measures your overall competence and ability to replicate success.
