Players are allowed to create their own guilds on Arenthyor. Arenthyor is set up so that players can create persistent guilds that they can manage themselves, enabling them to raise their own mercenary clans, thieves' guild, adventuring guild, covens, etc...
Guild houses have been established in most faction areas. Guild business (inviting people to join, for example) must be conducted within the Guild House. Where no guild house is available, guild business can be conducted within your faction home.
Guild owners have the ability to:
1) Invite new members
2) Expel members
3) Create guild name
4) Create guild description
5) Mark the guild public or private
To create a guild, the following criteria must be met:
1) Owner must be of 7th level or above
2) Owner must have at least 4 ranks in Persuade
3) 10,000 gp
